good talk

Ohio State wrestled and beat Iowa, on Jan. 21, it was the most recent issue of the "Columbus Dispatch" at the library. Kyle Snyder didn't wrestle Stoll, Iowa threw some other guy in there, who was taken-down 7 times in the first period, the match ending by "technical fall" in the second period, wrestling's version of the "mercy rule", once again, it was a young-boy they put in, after three periods with Kyle, he'd be a man.  Snyder is only 5'11", 226 lbs., at the gym, I see lots of guys like that, and a lot bigger, and Kyle as a HW might wrestle someone 285 lbs.  I wish I knew what is his secret.  Anna Kendrick wrote "Scrappy Little Nobody", Kyle could write "The Smidgeon Who Could".  I think he might be President.  Thomas Friedman's column in the Jan. 29, 2018 "Las Vegas Sun" (inserted in the RJ), says that Syria's and Iran's recent-unrest has been brought-on by lack of water, due to theft, mismanagement, and climate-change, I didn't know that, good-revelation, Tom.  ...Whiskey's for drinking, water's for fighting-over...   Mark Twain

In July, 2016, I returned to Las Vegas, after being in Asia and San Diego for almost 3 months, and I noticed that 2 of the newscasters, Elizabeth Watts and Shannon Moore, at KVVU TV in Henderson, NV (for Las Vegas area), had left for other jobs.  I sort of missed both, so I emailed them at their respective new locales, KOAA TV in Colorado Springs, for Elizabeth Watts, and KOLO TV, the Reno area, for Shannon Moore.  I emailed Shannon Moore that I missed seeing her on TV here in Las Vegas, and she emailed back  You can write me here!!!  (and I can show you the email).  I wrote occasional emails, not often, along the line of flirting, and each time both would tell their old friends at KVVU what I had written, and when I turned on their news, the newscasters could tell I was watching, and they exploded with laughter, thinking what I had said to be funny.  This past Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018, I emailed Shannon Moore at KOLO  Shannon, mine is a wonderful-opportunity, I'll make you glad you were born a woman.  -Ed  (and that could mean anything, say, ha, sending her organic-cosmetics) and she quickly emailed  Me.Preusse, Stop writing me inappropriate emails or will contact police.  -Shannon  Now, my reason for writing her was comedic, and I always got a huge laugh from the newscasters at KVVU, and then this piece of ..  has the gall to say this to me

I heard Robert Goulet on my car-radio, gave me the hankering to see "Camelot" on Broadway, seen 9 musicals there, best was "Oklahoma", huge-production, the dancing, maybe one of you comely-women will go with me, no?  I've been trying to use Facebook to meet women, just recently, seems hard to use, all it's gotten me, strangely, is a bunch of Asian prostys, not what I had in mind.  Saw "Downsizing" at Trop Cinemas, yesterday, Matt Damon, different, not-bad, saw Mike there, he's going to Thailand on Monday for a mo., should go to Egypt, Israel, he's never-been, told him long-ago he goes to the Orient, too much, Dollar is so beat-up, l.24 to get a Euro, last May, it was 1.12, Pound Sterling is 1.42, May, it was 1.29, not so bad for Asia.  Saw "The Post" at The Orleans a week-ago, I walked-out with 45 mins. left, thought it dragged.  Ohio State wrestles Iowa, in Kyle Snyder's, considered possibly the best collegiate-wrestler ever, last home match (he was off wrestling in Iran, recently).  Kyle said of his HW opponent, Sam Stoll, 12-0   ...Stoll is pretty-good.  He's No. 3 in the country...  He rarely shoots and his leg-defense could use some work.  So I'm going to attack a lot and try to get to his legs and hopefully beat him pretty-bad...  Kyle, you need to improve your confidence.  Now, I've seen you women before, and I know what you're like, you're going to have to stay-away from Kyle, so he can concentrate entirely on Wrestling.  NCAA Tournament this year is in Cleveland, at Quicken Loans Arena, where the Cavs play

There's a transient living at the entrance to the east-end of the tunnel underneath Frias Transportation at 5110 S. Valley View, which is part of "the Wash", where run-off rain water will shoot thru at 30 mph, it's illegal to live in "the Wash", when it rained 1.47 inches a couple weeks ago, he was almost washed-away, unfortunately he survived.  And he's thrown rocks at residents of the overlooking apt. complex and has threatened them verbally, but Police have done nothing, tho I offered to swear out a complaint to get him arrested.  He painted vengeance to his enemies on the wall, so maybe they're afraid of him. He's the only one living-there, a small, seemingly White guy, black hair and black beard, typical-looking.  Maybe this Pub will get the Las Vegas Police (Metro) to do their duty

What, 167 female-gymnasts testified against Larry Nassar, Aly Raisman said she "wanted him to suffer", that's terrible.  This went-on for years and years, all of the gymnasts and their parents knew, and until just recently, did nothing.  One girl said, that Larry was breathing-heavily and she saw that he had an erection, and that her mother saw that he had an erection, and that he took off her bra, and began fondling her breast, an area having nothing to do with treatment.  For a long time, this was considered by the girls and their parents, no big-thing, all at once they pounce on this guy (?)  Why all suddenly so vengeful?  Remember how mean, McKayla was to me for so-long, this was considered to be all-right, ha (They had her on GMA during the last Olympics, and she looked-like .., if that good, she seems to have lost weight, we all must carry-on).  Aly and McKayla operated at the very highest level of women's gymnastics, apparently all the while "suffering" from the Osteopath's treatment, if they and the other girls were righteous-people, they would have spoken of this "abuse", immediately, instead of 8 years, whatever, later.  Larry Nassar got what amounts to a life sentence.  And earlier, he was convicted of possessing Kiddie Porn, and also got what amounts to a life sentence.  And this last just for looking at pictures.  Now, I've never done any of this, I donated yesterday, as my sweet-blood is in such demand, I'm always so-good.  I've never seen Kiddie Porn, in all my travels, but it's just looking at pictures.  I don't like Porn, what, you can look at it on the Internet, I never have, think it's ugly, but it's only pictures.  So, for both offenses, I'd say that 2 years locked-up would be justice for Larry, nothing more.  These girls and their parents are wicked, evil people

What's with this Women's March?  It seems like the women have asserted-themselves for a long-time, seeing these huge-gatherings was frightening (the Cossacks).  Not he'd hit me with it, but I knew the R.E.P. on my father's belt-buckle, quite well (you're further upset), hey, a friend of mine, his father knocked-out a tooth, my situation was a lot-better.  You people always want to dwell on horrible-things.  On Sat., I went to South Point Casino, way out there, like 6 mi. south of Mandalay Bay, and saw some fancy-ballin'.  A real big-place, good crowd on Sat. Nite, 'cause it's out in the Kokomo, they have good prices on food, etc., and better-odds.  And they have an Arena, where I saw 4 basketball games.  Prior, they have huge ballrooms, in one, they had an Alpaca Auction, best wool in the world, they had all these Alpacas, sellers and buyers, I looked-around good.  They're very-cute, but also very-tasty.  In Cuzco, Peru, in a real-nice restaurant on the main-square, I had an Alpaca steak-dinner, delicious, also the side-dishes, all this for 9 bucks.  I saw the girls for LV Liberty beat Gorman, 60-22, and they didn't play the 4th Quarter.  This Mercy-Thing is ok for Little League, nothing-else, it had been 25-2, so they were, not exactly catching-up, but doing better, and girls need their exercise.   Liberty's Brianna Edwards is a big, strong, girl, who moves well. Then, boys, I saw Trinity Prep beat Liberty, 59-56, good game.  Then Clark beat Coronada, Trey Woodbury for Clark, big blonde-kid, has a big reputation, but didn't start, maybe he wasn't feeling-well, or, he misbehaved, and his coach didn't feel like hitting him with his belt, so he sat-him for a bit, dunno, Trey came-off the bench and played pretty-good, had 15, it was 66-62.  Finally, Findlay Prep, ranked 6th in the country, played Gorman, ranked maybe 26th in the country, in their annual-game, always competitive, the last 4 were split.  Findlay is the creation of the Findlay Family, who have 23 auto dealerships, in this part of the nation, basically it's for basketball, say, they have no cheerleaders (back in Ohio, I was watching football with a friend, and he had 2 young Germans visiting, after awhile the young German guy said, in relation to the cheerleaders...  What is the function of these women?).  I saw a number, probably 6, future NBA players.  Findlay has Bol Bol, 7'2", the son of Manute, good NBA player, known for his philanthropy, unfortunately, passing at "47".  Bol (or Bols), would make a quick-move, and suddenly, dramatically, be 2 feet from the basket, get the ball, drop it in, he went 10 for 12, rebounded, blocked a couple shots, he's going to Oregon.  Findlay has a 7'3" guy who's not-bad, and they'll play both at the same time.  Early on, Bol became angry at perceived-shoving, and picked-up 2 quick fouls, once pushing some guy 5 feet, sat-down to calm-down.  It was nip and tuck all the way, Gorman played well, Noah Taitz, only a sophomore, was real-good at guard, little boy had 27, and ran things fine.  Findlay won 75-68, all 3 boys games were only decided at the end, a day of Hoops Delight.  I just sat-down and stayed-there for all 4 games, on my last trip I went 20 hours without urinating, and in recent years, have gone 24, all the while eating and drinking

good talk

As my "Check Light" was on, yesterday, I went to see my friend, Don Cole, now there's a good guy (See My Blog for Aug. 25, 2015).  As I expected, it turned-out to be nothing, and Don got-it to turn-off.  They're really good, and will knock-out a repair faster than anybody, and for a good-price.  I always just-wait, I don't go anywhere.  Don is fun to talk-with, he knows a lot, and has an opinion on everything.  On my last trip, I sent those guys a risque postcard from Corsica, in an envelope, of course.  Anyway, especially in the Summer, if you drive to Las Vegas, you often have car-trouble, he no longer has the mobile service, but you can get-towed or drive-in there, his would possibly be your best bet, also for the locals, 702-388-4045, M-Sat, closes at 4.  Don't be put-off by the drab surroundings, one reason there's good -prices, and you're not going to be there at night.  Don has a real-big facility, and has 2 sweet pit bulls, tho he says they'd bite anybody hopping the fence.  One jumped my left-leg and was humping-it (the girls like me), these guys were laughing, had you been there, you would not.  You should try to associate with better people

good talk

Eliza Dushku's parents were told at the time, that this guy, ha, had, you know.  They didn't say anything because they knew it would probably be fatal to Eliza's career, it sounds rather-seedy.  These former Olympic gymnasts who want to do-in (he's so pathetic and helpless, he looks cute) that Osteopath, all told their parents of his abuse, at the time it happened, once-again, the parents didn't say, or do, anything, because it probably would have ruined their daughters' career.  All of these were bad-parents, pimping-out their daughters for financial gain.  Had I told my parents of any attempt, because that's all it would have been, my father didn't care what he said or did to anybody.  I'm not saying my parents were so great, I told you that my father would beat me, until I turned "16", left big-bruises (you were so upset, McKayla sobbing uncontrollably), but a whole-lot better than theirs.   This went-on forever, relative to the Karolyis, Dominique Moceanu, real-cute at "14" on the 1996 Gold Medal Winning U.S. Women's Gymnastics Team, marched-around in there like a little-soldier, said  ...They know who took an extra roll at lunch...  The Karolyis might get sued out of existence, lose their Texas Ranch, and be sorry they ever defected Mother-Romania for this land of opportunity.  That vault of Kerri Strug's at the 1996 Olympics was no big-thing, it wasn't that good, and the U.S. already had the Gold Medal locked-up, and obviously, she couldn't have done-it on this purported broken-ankle, ha, ha.  With the cameras rolling, Bela was carrying-her around all over the place, then Kerri went to the hospital by herself,  as the coaches and the rest of the team went-out to celebrate

MeToo    When I was "9", a good-looking young-woman, who I liked, a close-friend of our family, got me naked and fondled-me and stuff.  I didn't care, it meant nothing to me, if she got something out of it, which it seemed she did, more power to her.  It meant nothing to me, then, and it means nothing to me, now.  Even at that age, I was very-attractive to women.  Had it been some man, it wouldn't have happened in the first-place, but I'd tell my parents, and he'd be sorry, quickly.  No, I didn't tell my parents of this, my telling-you, at "70", is the first, "60" years, later.  Hmm, maybe this should be limited, so keep-it under your hat.  I expect this won't damage the Movement, I hope that you don't lose respect for me, er nuthin'

NFL Regular Season Viewing went-down 8% last year, and another 9.7% this year, all this disrespecting of the National Anthem is something the NFL, and, ha, its Players can't afford.  Why would anyone think that they could protest Social Injustice in their workplace, the Players are just dumb, many will wind-up on Skid Row (the original was in Seattle, as the area where the cut-trees skidded-down to the lumber-mill, was considered a bad part of town).  The joints on the bridge over I-15 on Tropicana in Las Vegas, still haven't been filled-in, causing hard-bumps for the People's vehicles, this despite my calls to the State of Nevada whose jurisdiction is this (See My Blog for Dec. 21, 2017), all the Las Vegas Taxpayers get for their money is a hard-time, their tax-money spent on the salaries and pensions of Public Employees, leading a lifestyle of which they can only dream.  I go to the 24 Hour Fitness SuperSport at 5035 W. Tropicana, just a mile away, this dump is pretty-much a drug-safehouse, you often see dealers and customers doing transactions (let me know when you're in town, I'll use my influence to get you a 3-day pass).  I saw Rourke Teskey there yesterday, and he said that his life hasn't changed at all over the past year, that no government-agency has contacted him about a program, which do exist for people with his injury, to help him regain use of his legs (See My Blog for Jan. 29, 2017).  You people never do what I tell you, and that includes Trump, and I'm going to discontinue my Blog in the near future (you'll writhe-around on the floor making guttural-sounds).  I'm not cocking around

LifeLock has vastly-increased their business since the Equifax thing, LifeLock has shared its information with Equifax since 2015.  In 2006, LifeLock had TV Adds of its CEO's Social Security Number in huge-print, being driven around on the sides of a truck, to show how foolproof they were, from this his identity was stolen 13 times.  Cliven Bundy was released after 2 years in Federal Custody, yeah, he's right, he was a political-prisoner.  Nevada is 83% Federal Domain, as a U.S. Citizen, why wouldn't Bundy be allowed to graze his cattle on Federal Land?  The Bundys and their close-followers are Mormons, who for the most-part, think differently than the Mainstream Adherents.   I added a "d", it's too much trouble to change it

Leeches     I've always liked Oprah, her acting in "The Color Purple" was real-good, also that of Whoopi Goldberg (gal wanted her mail), she comes from nothing and look at the big-success she's made.  Michelle Bachman, a dingbat, is talking of a Senate Run, the last I heard, she thought so much of the U.S., she was trying to become a Swiss Citizen for financial-gain (the U.S. Constitution doesn't recognize dual-citizenship, she'd have to give-up her U.S.). Congrats to often-troubled Bills Offensive Guard, Richie Incognito, as he had close to the most-votes for All-Pro at his position, Richie easily fools the defenders as he's ...

good talk

At 1:20 A.M., New Year's Day, a Cop's AK-47 fired a bullet into the street, the ricochet hit somebody's calf, leaving only a bruise, this guy had the safety-off, kind of like what I was talking-about, the Strip's an exciting place.  This good-rioting in Iran is over economic-conditions, Charles 1 of England, and Louis XVI of France, lost their heads because they spent too much (Louis on our American Revolution, I've always felt bad we couldn't help him and his Queen, and his son, we couldn't), what people see in their wallets trumps all other issues.  They're showing "The Hoodlum Priest" on Sat. on the TCM, I saw it when it came out, it's pretty good (See My Blog for Sept. 29, 2009, one of my favorite), I'm gonna try to watch it

good talk

I was up on the Strip in front of the MGM at midnight, they shoot a half-mil of fireworks from 7 Strip locations, being on the Strip, I only saw 3, but they shoot the same fireworks, in the same sequence, from all 7, and they do this every year, it's always the same (?)  There were all these little Guardsmen, with M-16's pointing downward, but ready to gun-down the Crowd should they prove unruly.  It was a lotta-fun, all the streets around the Strip were blocked-off, you could walk legally on roads usually filled with traffic, the thick crowds seemed to be mostly Orientals and Hispanics, not many Whites.  It was nice-out, I just wore a T-shirt, I see the fireworks ever-year, always the same-stuff, but good, nonetheless.  I'm glad to see they're rioting in Iran, once things get sorted-out, Trump should make-sure that Americans can travel freely, without a guide, in Iran, as do everyone now, except for Americans and Brits.  Yes, if you're an American, you have to be on a tour if you're in Iran, I'm not doing this, in a pig's eye, Trump needs to have the Iranians treat the Americans as they do the other nationalities, I would have gone there long-ago, except.  Equifax sent me a letter saying that I'm not one of the 143 mil whose identities they allowed-stolen.  I figured if it's 143 mil, that must be all the adults in the U.S., sounds like it, guess not me.  I don't see how they stay in business

good talk

When I was at the Breeders' Cup (Nov. 6, 2017), after you showed your ticket to enter the "Beach Infield", you were given a door-prize of a real-big, beautiful, towel, with the Breeders' Cup Insignia on it.  I sat down next to Rod and Taelor, his best friend's daughter, and we talked throughout the day.  Rod is a big, financial-adviser, and his house is near the Del Mar Track, also his office, and they hoofed it to and from, everybody who came by car had it a lot rougher.  Rod was a formidable-player for Nebraska, and played 2.5 years in the NFL, for the Chiefs and Raiders, cut 3 times, the 3rd the deepest.  He made the best of it, making a lot more money without getting beat-up, he does a lot of charity-work, he's a pretty-good guy.  At Del Mar, they were selling mixed-drinks in a beautiful, 3-dimensional 12-ounce cup, also with the Breeders' Cup Insignia, and unlike most, he and Taelor were keeping theirs.  I didn't drink anything, used to, but anymore never at sporting-events, blurs your mind.  But I do Scarf cups (See My Blog for Aug. 25, 2015, and the above date), and these were really-good.  Did I mind having upper-crust people see me pawing thru trash-barrels in search of cups, not at all.  I'd bring 'em back and sit-down, and throughout, Rod Smith accused me of taking his cups  ...If I took any, I'd say so...  This was a running-commentary all day, such that when I standing up to the barrier to watch a race, a man standing next to me, said  ...How did it turn-out with you and that guy over the cups, I heard you talking...  It had made a bit of a scene (offbeat sense of humor).  But Rod did learn that Taelor had given-me 2 of their cups (they acquired theirs in the usual-way, and had quite a few), and told her to take them back, I had a sort-of a cake-box, in which I had put the cups, and opened-it, and she lifted 2 out.  By the end of the day, I had 32 cups, these I washed in a 2-gal. plastic bucket, with hot water and laundry detergent, and some bleach, took anything right-off.  After drying, I put them  4 to a plastic-bag, except for one that was 6, keeping only 2 that were slightly-damaged for myself, and sent them and the Breeders' Cup towel to my brother, Bob, in Cleveland, telling him to give them to 6 of his many friends, keeping the one with 6 for himself (I said, those Midwest Hicks will gaze in awe).  I also later sent him that UNLV shirt.  All this cost me was the mailing, it was along the line of Christmas homemade-brownies
