 You'll be glad to learn, that I flushed all that caked-on ground-in .. out of my Colon. I do this once a year, after I return from a trip, unless it's like last year,when I had a Colonoscopy, and did the Prep, my 5th C. It behooves, as my Old Man expired from the affects of Colon Cancer, at "63", he looked great before. I went to the illustrious "Trader Joe's", and bought a 12 oz. jar of Psyllium Husks, for 7 bucks, I took it to my very-nice motel room, not far from the beach, in SD, and poured 8 oz. into a glass, added water, using a spoon, I consumed the Psyllium and water, and that Guck is hard to get down, been doing it for 40 years, had the process patented, but you may use it.  This Juneteenth thing is the biggest ..

 Got back yesterday, from Portland, I began, bounding miles thru torrential-downpours, in New Orleans, carrying a heavy bag, after 48 days, I can hardly walk, my face fell off my head.
