I'm with Don, she certainly seemed like a subservient-bitch

good talk

I'm so tired of this McKayla thing, I'm so sorry that we met 4 years ago, and I hope she feels the same about me.  I'm not a cruel-person, but if she whacked-herself, it'd be for the best.  Las Vegas, today, is the only place in the U.S., I've lived, where the U.S. Postal Service is dishonest and unreliable.  I sent Scott a postcard from Mongolia, I put it into the postal-employee's hands in the post-office, he looked it-over and nodded.  Scott never got it.  Last year, I sent a friend of mine, Al, a Filipino Minister, a postcard from Israel, I mailed-it from Ben Gurion (he used to work as an electrical-engineer at U.S. Air Force Bases, Clark, Wright-Patterson, but 15 years ago he got religion.  He often has astute-observations reflective of his training), and he didn't get-it.  I told Al that his situation was worse than Moses', as not only has he not been allowed to get to the Holy Land, he can't even get a postcard from there.  Only here in Las Vegas, do people not get their mail, and 2 years ago, the big Post Office where I've had a box for 30 years, was robbed twice of mail and packages, with me losing both each time--this is because so many of the Las Vegas U.S. Postal Employees are drug-addicted, and just slop the mail anywhere, and steal to support their habit.  I reported this 2 years ago, and nothing has changed

Well, the girls could get out-of it, Sally Ann Queer and Cathy Queer get married in their early-teens.  I had lots of hits before I went online for the 1st time in 3 days, you TV people, Vlad and the Russians, all of you, are a bunch of leeches.  This country is rotten to the core in any-way of thinking, if Mrs. Clinton is elected, it'll continue-on its downward slope, Trump is honest and has solutions.  In San Diego, they're now allowing the Vets to bring their dogs into the medical-facilities, and even into the office when they see their Primary Care doctor.  In June, my doctor told me that some guy had his dog in there with him, and that she had made a gesture, and the dog jumped-up and bit her arm.

Back in Akron, I worked for the "Summit County Recorder" for awhile, and I processed a deed for a family whose last name was "Queer."  I told my older brother about this, and Bob got a real-serious look and said ...I'd change my name...

Hong Kong is always fun.  HK and Macau, each have a separate currency from the rest of China.  I always stay in either Chungking or Mirador Mansions, on Nathan St., in Kowloon, this time and usually, the former.  A good and cheap flop, inside Chungking is anything one can think-of, shops, travel agencies, I got my 10-year China Visa from Fred, a nice Chinese guy, who has a visa-agency inside Chungking.  And Fred had the cheapest-price I could find, 280 U.S. for a next-day visa.  The Chinese govt. gouges the Americans and the Brits on this, for everybody else it's much cheaper.  The "Star Ferry" goes all-over the harbour, about a quarter a ride, when the boat docks after 10 mins, the hemp-rope is thrown and caught with a billhook, as it was in 1888.  Took the "Peak Tram" up 396 metres to the highest-point on HK Island, and to look-about once up there, it's all so very-nice.  Enjoyed the HK Maritime Museum (where I saw those pictures).  Was in the HSBC Building, unique and a masterpiece of architecture, the first bil dollar U.S. building, when it opened in 1985.  Was in the Anglican St. John's Cathedral, and the Taoist Pak Tai Temple, enjoyed the HK Mus. of History.  Even my older brother, Bob, has been to Hong Kong, while in Vietnam, he had his choice of 5 days of R&R in either HK or Australia, he was happy with his choice, of course

Chris Sale of the White Sox, is having a great season for his team, but if ever there was a brat, I'll bet some of women would like to bend Chris over your knee.  Every 4 months I have blood taken at the VA in LaJolla, to be analyzed before my Primary Care appt.  In June, the room was full of guys, and just one phlebotomist, and she was also doing the office-work, going back and forth.  She said that 4 of the phlebotomists had called-in to say they would be late.  I heard one guy say, why would there be 4, and, my appointment for Cardiology was a half-hour ago.  Eventually, a couple more showed-up, and they still don't take your blood the correct and easy-way, for me, this time, she had some weird-device such that her hands could be free while my blood was taken.  55% of the doctors in the country have had some of their training at the VA.  In Feb., I had a lipoma cut-out of my back by a young gal, who had her Medical Degree from Harvard.  Observing my skin-cancer operation in June, was one who had a degree from Oxford, on and on, they have impressive people as VA doctors.  It's sort-of like a chef who has the best ingredients, but still has a hard-time turning-out good dishes.  The VA messes-up too much.  If Don gets elected he says he'll reform the VA, a great idea.  But it should be more along the lines of rooting-out corruption and getting-more cohesion.  There's 24 mil Vets, many of whom go to the VA, and they take a pride in that they're better than everybody else, they have to be separate, you can't throw them-in another medical system.   And they vote, you don't want an unnecessary fight that you can't win

good talk

Donald meant that, for sure, the Russians would have Mrs. Clinton's missing emails, of course, they would have all of the emails sent from unsecured-servers, that was very-careless.  Some rancher along the Mexican border ...I'll be straight up with you, if Hillary Clinton gets elected I'm moving to Australia...  Vlad, "ABC" threatened me with violence, what are you going to do about it?  You're always talking about American decadence, so do something (you know, like, the FBI and the DEA have that on the back of their windbreakers, these guys have ABC)

good talk

I wonder if Britain's Greg Rutherford will defend his Olympic Championship in the Long Jump?  He's almost "30," but it'd be unsurprising if he did accomplish this.  Greg has the hair, a bright redhead, wonder if he has a sister, some men think of redheads as being passionate, fiery, like their hair, I think this.   From Siem Reap, I flew to Hong Kong, where I've been a zillion times, but not since 2005.   While there this time, I saw a picture, from 1891, of pirates about to be beheaded.    They had been made to kneel on the beach, their hands tied behind their backs, and they had been told that the best way to get this over with quickly was to have their hair very short, and to scrunch their necks downward and to the left.  All of them were this way, except one.  A goodlooking young guy, maybe "21," his hair was down to his shoulders, and even tho kneeling, he was quite erect and looking all-the-way to his right (I'm not doing what you tell me, and, I'm not afraid to see it coming).  There was an after-picture and even then he looked better than the others

good talk

I've had an astronomical amount of hits from Russia, so hire me, Vlad, you dumb old-bastard.  5 months ago, Scott got in on Trump at plus280 for the nomination, so he collected, at the same time, he got in on Trump to become President at plus405.  Donald has children by 3 women, and all of them seem to like him a lot, and they're all good-looking and speak-well, so I guess Don, despite the seemingly fractured-families, has been a good father to them.  I used to see Don on "Regis and Kelly," and he always struck-me as a nice guy.  Don himself can do something for me.        she's permanently-diseased, ha, and no-longer has a good appearance, in fact, she looks like s...,     let this be a lesson to you women

good talk

I have a huge no. of hits from Russia (so hire me Vlad, you old swine, I'll work for anybody who'll pay me good).  The first time I was in Cambodia, I flew into Phnom Penh, saw the sights, then took a boat down Tonle Sap Lake and River to Siem Reap, and this was quite difficult as the water-level was so low, the boat kept coming to a stop, and it was a big effort (very bumpy) for the 2 Johnson Engines to get us there.  And then, I was at the Angkor Wat with people I met, they were nice, but I have to be by myself so I can go at my own laborious pace, yeah, the first time wasn't too absorbent.  This time, after my fill of the great-temple, the next day, I went to Bayon and Angkor Thom, 2 very beautiful temples and saw them for the bulk of the day (very muggy, saps your strength, makes you wonder how the Khmers had the energy to build these, ha).  Then I returned to Siem Reap and spent the last 3 hours of the day, until closing, in the Angkor National Museum.  Siem Reap is the ultimate in tourist destinations, you've done yourself a lot of good intellectually, and it's fun, and cheap even.  At these hotels I stayed-at on this trip, very few had TV channels in English, that's all right, just look at what they got, in their language

good talk

In Dec., 1943, German Field Marshall, Albert Kesselring, instructed the Vatican and the Allies (the British Eighth Army and the American Fifth Army, amongst whom was my father), that the Benedictine Abbey of Monte Cassino was not part of the defensive alignment of his Tenth Army, and American Lt. Gen. Mark Clark should have listened to him (See My Blog of Oct. 22, 2008).  The Vatican was furious with the Abbey's destruction, and maybe it brought the Germans divine intervention as though they had to retreat, they inflicted such heavy casualties on their enemy, and avoided being vanquished ("Kesselring Escapes the Trap").  I was thinking, even if you're a devout Catholic and a famous-person, you probably haven't met the Pope, my father was a quiet-guy who led an interesting-life

It's a little past 10 A.M. and I've got a ton of hits, something's in the air?  On the 50th anniversary  of Hough, I was glad things were more pacific.  Ted energized a convention running too smoothly, and every story needs a villain.  A couple nights ago, Scott and his parents, who retired to Scott's house in LV after 30 years in San Diego (?), invited me over for his mommy's tacos, and they were delicious, Patty really know how to whip-em-up.  You might remember that the last time I had tacos over there, Scott accused me of taking more than my share of the meat, well, what of it, as the guest shouldn't I be entitled to the lion's share of the meat?  Of course, it had been a year and a half since I was last invited-over for this repast.       she looks like a Zulu, when she leaves, the world will be the better (and I can be done with this)

The entirety of the U.S. Olympic Women's Boxing Team for 2016, consists of defending Olympic Champion, Claressa Shields at 165, and Mikaela Mayer, "26," at 132 lbs. (the only other weight division for Women is 112 lbs., and any that we have aren't good enough to go).  Mayer, is really goodlooking, I don't know if it's true, but supposedly, she was once a model.  Now, you boys know better than to get fresh with Mikaela, might get your jaw-jacked

Obama just awarded the Medal of Honor to some guy for something he did 50 years ago.  Politicking for the medal is demeaning to those who deserved it (See My Blogs for Jan. 26, 2012 and Dec. 24, 2012), know what I mean, man?

It'll be awhile before I get to Mongolia,  but the Summer is well-underway, and I thought I'd give you the address and ph. no. of Uugii (pron. ughi), who lives in Ulaanbaatar (Russia, of course, had the 1st Communist Party, but the 2nd Communist Party was Mongolia's, Ulaanbaatar means "Red Hero").  Uugii is in his early 30's, and is a good family-man with a wife and 2 sons (he wants a girl), and I arranged for Uugii to drive me all-over outside of the city for 10 hours to see the wonderful sights.  It was a day I'll never forget, we agreed I'd pay 100 U.S., I gave him 130 U.S.  Mongolia is a wonderful tourist-destination.  China is 15 hours ahead of Pacific Coast Time, Mongolia probably is also, if you call at 7 P.M. it'll be 10 A.M. there.    Uchral_1125@yahoo.com   Ph. No.  +976 99251914     Born in a ger (a big round tent that can be taken-down and moved in an hour), Uugii moved to the big city when he was "22," that Uugii is a real good boy

good talk

Returned to Bangkok, and found a neat travel-agency that's open 24-hours a day, and bought a ticket to fly to Siem Reap, Cambodia that evening, just 110 U.S.  In the meantime, I had an also-neat "20" year-old girl give me a wonderful 2-hr. deep-tissue massage, she turned-me every which way but loose.  I also paid some little-fish to eat the dead-skin off my feet, it's very healthful.  I met a German guy, Jan, who'd been traveling in Asia for 4 years, a heavy-equipment mechanic, his money was so exhausted that all he could afford were l0 U.S. hotel rooms, and half-hour massages, he soon was going to have to go back to the Fatherland to work, as he was almost broke.  This was my 2nd time to Cambodia, my first was in 1998, and then I started in the capital, Phnom Penh, to which I didn't really want to return.  From 1975 to 1979, the Khmer Rouge waged a war of genocide against the Cambodian People, killing-off a quarter of the population, as they wished everybody-else not killed to be their slaves.  You might be killed for wearing glasses, as that might mean you were smart.  In Phnom Penh, you can see a map of Cambodia in human-skulls, go outside to the Killing Fields and see cases of skulls, it's not a feel-good place.  Arriving in Siem Reap, the jovial Cambodian Officials charge 30 U.S. for a visa that fills an entire page of your passport, thanks guys, as does China's, a bigger-country than Cambodia's 15 mil.  You can spend U.S. dollars just as easily as Cambodian money.  Get a taxi to take you to any of the many good, cheap, places to stay, I said, take me to a central-location.  The next day, I took a taxi to the Angkor Wat.  Built by the Khmer King, Suryavarman 11, from early to mid 12th century, and dedicated to the Hindu Creator-God, Vishnu, at a time when the Khmers were awash in wealth, it's regarded as being perfect.  I spent 10 hours there, it's 3 levels and a central-tower, the bas-relief carvings are exquisite, the West Wall shows the mythological Battle of Kuru, the South Wall depicts the March against the Cham, and scenes of Heaven and Hell.  The East Wall is the Churning of the Ocean of Milk, and this is one of the very-few great artworks of the world, as gods and demons compete for the elixir of immortality.  I waited until there was no one else there, and I wiped-off my right index-finger and touched-it in a couple of critical-places so that I could feel the energy, I knew that this was wrong, but I did it anyway

Nate Thurmond and Gus Johnson, team-mates at Akron Central, are 2 of the better players ever to play in the NBA.  In "Doonesbury" recently, "Why Johnny Can't Blink."  Harold "Hackie" Reitman (b. March 21, 1950) began boxing at the Jewish Center at "13."  While in Medical School at Boston U., Hackie got the urge, and entered the Golden Gloves, becoming New England GG Heavyweight Champion in 1971, winning all his bouts by knockout (hard to do in amateur boxing, as it only goes 3 rounds).  Having moved to S. Florida in 1978, setting up his practice as an M.D. Orthopedic Surgeon, Hackie once-again got the urge, and turned professional in 1988 at the age of "37."  A smallish HW, Hackie enjoyed the personal-combat (..The blood was flying-off both of us... in saying how much he dug it), he won 7 of his first 9, 6 coming by KO within the 2nd Round).  A healer outside the ring, vicious within, if he got you at all, it was usually soon.  In 1991, Dr. Reitman fought the good but ill-fated Tim Anderson, who I saw fight at Bally's, Tim going to prison in 1996 for shooting promoter Elvis Parker to death, thinking he had done him wrong (Tim emptied his gun, reloaded, and did it again).  Hackie fought Peter McNeeley, who had fought Mike Tyson.  At one point, Dr. Reitman's record was 10-3-3, he fought sporadically after, having his last fight at "50," and retiring from boxing with a record of 13-7-6, a huge number of draws, his record declining as he grew older.  Hackie always donated his purses, and gave a building to the Boys and Girls Club in Plantation, Fla. Dr. Reitman is enjoying his retirement, a jolly good fellow

PoliceWork didn't used to be so reliant on finesse, but was very efficient.  During the Hough (pron. Huff) Riots in Cleveland, 6 days from July 18 to July 23, 1966, 240 fires were set in this Negro enclave, leading to the command to the Cleveland Police  ...Go in there and whip heads...

I went to Kanchanaburi, 2 hours by train from Bangkok.  "The Bridge on the River Kwai," won the Academy Award for Best Picture and Best Actor and 5 more, in 1958.  It was just a story, it depicts the "Death Railway," in Thailand during WW 11, and a bridge which the clever English could build and the dumb Japanese could not, and the scene of Japanese Colonel Saito (Sessue Hayakawa), sobbing in his quarters at being bested.  The Thais' touristy Bridge 277, one of 688 bridges, built by the Japanese, is the representation, it was never fully destroyed, has been restored, and I walked across-it.  I stayed at the "River Kwai Hotel," a nice room and a delicious breakfast buffet, I went katty-kornered and got a 2-hour massage.  There's 2 wonderful museums, 2 Allied Cemeteries, and I visited them all, had never been here.  Supplies for the Japanese thrust into Burma became hazardous by sea, after the Battles of the Coral Sea and Midway, and the Japanese needed a complete railway connecting Bangkok to Rangoon.  Thus began the construction of the needed 258 miles for completion of the Thailand-Burma Railway, from October, 1942 to June, 1943, an engineering-marvel due to its complexity and the harsh conditions under which it was speedily-constructed, the "Death Railway." The Japanese didn't want to use heavy-equipment due to lack-of and transport, but the Japanese Engineers had plenty of raw human labor, the Romusha, and the Allied Prisoners of War, who used only crude implements such as spades and hammers while enduring the jungle-heat, lack of food and medicine, and beatings.  In the Japanese Army, anyone of a superior-rank could smack-around anyone of an inferior-rank, with the Korean Conscripts on the bottom, any Japanese could smack one-around, and this corporal-punishment was showered on the labor, the POW's saying the Koreans to be the most-brutal.  Of the 200 thou Romusha, about half died, and nobody knows where are their graves, of the 60 thou Allied POW's, 12,621 died during the 16 months, these were British, Australian, and Dutch, with the Americans having only nominal representation of 700 with 133 dying from abuse. To the Japanese, who adhered to Bushido, "The Way of the Warrior," a prisoner was beneath contempt (See My Blog for Feb. 11, 2009).  Bridge 277 was permanently bombed-out of commission on June 24, 1945

Hung Le, a small-businessman from Dayton, had never entered a big-tournament before putting-up the $888 buy-in for the Crazy Eights at the World Series of Poker.  Finally, it came-down to Le and Michael Lech, an experienced pro, Le ...I folded a lot of hands, make him frustrated, because I sucked out (won a real-big pot) on him one hand... ...And there he goes , he starts to bluff, and I call him... While in Thailand, everyone gets a Thai massage, nowadays 13 U.S. for 2 hours, but I'll usually tip the gal 10 bucks.  I had 3 while I was there, and they're better than-ever, I mean, those girls will work your ligaments and joints to the point of breaking, just the way I like it.  And the girls doing this are often nice-looking and clean-cut, heck yeah, they'd be good to date, and they don't grab your midsection as they used to (See My Blog for Oct. 10, 2012).  While in Bangkok, I went to the Jim Thompson House.  Jim Thompson (Mar. 21, 1906 and last seen, Mar. 26, 1967) was an American, and a silk-magnate, who revitalized the Thai silk-industry in the 1950's.  Jim was very-rich and had a taste for the finer-things and enjoyed sharing them with others, so he had the "Jim Thompson House" built from 6 ancient Thai houses transported to Bangkok (completed 1959), so that he could showcase the artworks that he had collected from all-over SouthEast Asia.  Jim went with some people on holiday to the Malaysian Cameron Highlands, went out for a walk by himself on Mar. 26, 1967, never to be seen again.  The "Authorities" tried to gloss-over Jim Thompson's disappearance, and they still do, saying that all kinds of things might have happened to him, other than foul play.  This is very strange.  During WW 11, Jim worked in Intelligence for the Americans, secretive-dealings were part of his nature.  A few months after Jim disappeared, his sister in Pennsylvania was found brutally-slain, this crime never-solved.  Who murdered these siblings and why?

Recently, I've gotten an inordinate amount of hits, your minds are in the gutter.  When I was a child, I took piano-lessons for 4 or 5 years, I'm very well-bred.  Trump is within striking-distance of Mrs. Clinton, or even in some polls, in these chaotic-times, voters will prefer a strong-man like Donnie to Mrs. Clinton, whom I consider a nice lady, but the criteria for the Presidency isn't that someone is a nice, old lady.  I've never thought that Chelsea looked much like her parents, the doorstep?  I got-back to Las Vegas on Friday, July 1, and was having a hard-time finding an apartment on 4th of July weekend.  I went to a place where I last stayed almost 3 years ago, and a girl at the desk said, Hi, Ed.  I couldn't remember her, and was surprised she remembered me.  I looked at her name-tag, "Tami," and thought, oh, yeah, now I remember.  Tami said ...I hope you stay here again (didn't), Ed, you're so exciting...  I had never heard that.  Robert Lee, July 3, 1863, astride his Morgan Horse, "Old Traveler," on seeing the remnants of Pickett's Charge, those not killed, badly-wounded, or captured, coming-back the other way, the South's noble-bid for Independence in ruins    too bad, oh, too bad

Bought a cheap-ticket in Melaka and flew-out that evening KL to Bangkok.  Thailand is 100 mil and Greater Bangkok is 14 mil., established during the Ayutthaya Kingdom of the 1400's.  I've been to Thailand a zillion times, but not for 11 years.  A nice-man at the airport hooked-me-up with a good hotel with a yummy breakfast buffet, and I stayed 3 nights.  The day after I arrived began Thailand's week-long Water Festival.  I went to the Grand Palace, which is extensive and beautiful, and includes the Wat (means temple) Phra Kaew---the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (actually jade, eh, green).  I went to the Wat Pho---the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, and there stood in line, the only White Guy, to receive the water-blessing of the Head Buddhist Priest.  To the throng's approving-laughter, I pulled-down my shirt and the Priest smacked-me resoundingly with reeds-dripping-with-water over the back of my neck.  I was very grateful.  Went to the Wat Traimit---the Golden Buddha, 5.5 tons of pure-gold, only discovered at this temple 40 years ago, when a crane dropped-it the base-covering cracked-off.  Concealed during the 1300's to protect it from marauding Burmese (the Thais and Burmese are a thousand-year blood-enemies), it's so beautiful.  To the Wat Arun and its distinctive prangs (spires).  While in Bangkok, twice on the same tuk-tuk ride, someone hurled a bucket of water on me from a few feet away, I'm a good-sport but I was soaked from head to foot, and it felt rather bad (learning this, you're upset)

4 years ago in London, McKayla was "16," pretty, and happy, winning an Olympic Gold Medal as a member of the U.S. Women's Gymnastics Team.  She then competed in the Women's Vault as the best-ever.  Now, ABC's Strahan, has made her a drug-whore, so that she'd do filthy and unnatural things for him
