good talk

My little evil ones.  In the lst Round of the NCAA Virginia Commonwealth over doubled the score on Akron U winning 88-42.  My Father played Basketball for Akron U and in 1934 Akron U played Kent State for the Conference Championship with Akron U winning 32-28 a slowdown game back then with the Center Jump after each basket my Father scored either 20 or 22 of Akron U's points one or the other.  This was the only Conference Championship that Akron U would win from l920 to 1945 so the City was happy that Bob Preusse had done this (I hope that you think that the best thing he ever did was to sire me).  When Syracuse beat Kansas for the NCAA Championship in 2003 I had money on Kansas  I turned away after Kansas missed their llth straight free throw.  I was never overly fond of my Father but he was masculine or even very so he didn't wet his pants when he played in a big game he arose to the occasion and played better.  When I was in l0th Grade I had a minor difficulty in school and my Father had to come in before work and talk with the Principal the ill-fated Cyril Jones.  Mr. Jones had been at Akron U when my Father was there and he was like I had never seen him he was gushing.....Bob......Bob.....Bob I was happy to see that Mr. Jones liked my Father not because of any possible good it would do me in this insignificant matter but just glad to see this.  He didn't make anything out of this but he never missed days or was late to work and here I made him late to work.  If I ever wanted go to a game or something he always took me.  My Father always gave money to Phi Kappa Tau (he was Treasurer when Ray Bliss was President) but he had nothing to do with Akron U Basketball we just bought our tickets the same as anybody else but wherever he's at I'm sure that he wasn't very pleased with this debacle.
