good talk

 "The Longest Ride" on FX, was good. See My Blog for May 9, 2020. I used to live in a real-big Complex, and "Tom" was head of Maintenance, while his wife, "Carol", worked in Housekeeping, in their 40's, both were heavy-smokers, you'd see them walking-around, puffing-away. Carol developed a lung-disease, and Tom took her back home to Iowa, to die. A year later, I saw an approaching figure, and didn't recognize him, until he got close, it was Tom, he was all bent over, and sorrow-stricken, in 1 year, he had aged 15 years. Someone explained it to me, that if you're used to somebody being there, and then they aren't, you might feel that way. Saddest thing I've ever seen
