Today is Jim Brown's birthday, I saw Jim play for the Browns, a number of times. Playing 9 seasons, the last when he was "29", Jim retiring in 1966, for the movies, where he made a lot more money, without getting attacked, he's considered, by many today, as the best-ever to play football. At Syracuse, Jim also played basketball, averaging 13 points a game, as a sophomore and junior, considered amongst the very-best ever, in Lacrosse, in his spare moments, he also did the very-grueling, Decathlon, placing 5th, in the 1956 Olympic Trials, that young man just loved to do Sports.
