Clinton commuted the sentence of some guy who was in prison for moving 800 lbs. of Cocaine, also, the sentences of Hasidic Jews, who had smuggled Ecstasy into our Country, he said  ...I thought they should be returned to their community...  How 'bout, they be kept in prison
