I'm at the Flamingo Library in Las Vegas, which is very-nice, physically.  But the Staff allows people to yell, use bad language, the Homeless wheel large-carts in filled with their worldly-possessions, a lot of normal-people won't come here, which is supposed to be a source of information in pleasant-surroundings.  And they have ample Security Guards, some of whom wear a Glock 9 mm., they just walk-around.  San Diego has cleaned-up their public libraries, with no one allowed to bring in a bag over a certain small-size, going to the library should be an enjoyable-experience for everyone
