good talk

Kelly Pavlik was sentenced to a 6 month suspended sentence for shooting that guy with a pellet gun, he can't drink for a year otherwise he goes to jail, and apparently he hasn't (See My Blog for March 11, 2013).   He had to retire as he was experiencing "brain seizures" and that's not good.  Only "35" now, he's into weight-lifting and claims to be 235 lbs. of solid-muscle (6'2.5", he fought at 160), he says lifting makes him feel good, this'll help repair his damaged-brain. His wife and children, girl "11", and boy "9", have returned to him now that Daddy is no longer drunk and making a fool out of himself.  He has a lot of money (beer is cheap), and doesn't have to work, he has continue to stay-off the sauce and find something to do with his life.  Strangely, he says that Edison Miranda is the strongest and hardest-puncher he fought, as Pavlik had his way with Edison, that was brutal, a bad ref let it go too long, Edison was spitting-out his mouthpiece for respite, it's been 10 years.  Bernard Hopkins is retired and looking-real good in a suit and hat, at "52", Bernard has set a real-good example for almost 30 years, is worth 40 mil, and would like a Presidential Pardon for his 6 Felonies and 5 years in Graterford Prison.  He's spoken of seeking public-office should he be allowed, and would give Philly an honest and capable administrator (his own manager, negotiating huge purses for himself).  And Jack Johnson still has no Pardon after all these years (See My Blog for Dec. 26, 2008), despite John McCain's recent effort with Obama.  Convicted in 1912 under false-charges of violating the Mann Act, Jack spent a year in Leavenworth.  A sympathetic Warden left his cell-door unlocked, and Jack spent his time working-out and giving boxing exhibitions.  A bright, well-spoken guy, Jack invented and patented a wrench during his prison stay
