...Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted--8th Amendment   Nobody is in there because they're escape-artists, they're there to punish them more than other convicts, which violates the U.S. Constitution.  SuperMax should be shut-down and the prisoners distributed amongst other federal prisons.  Get your fat-butts behind this and do the right-thing for once
