The City of San Diego is going to raise the Guest Room Tax in order to contribute 750 mil to the building of a stadium to house the Raiders.  There's already a lot of fees they charge their guests, which didn't exist years-ago.  Shaking the tourists upside-down by their ankles doesn't promote fond-feelings, their resentment might take them elsewhere
