A large portion of Mexico's population is now living in the U.S.  Mexico has always been regarded as a Basket-Case unable to take care of itself, and We have all these same People here, a Pessimist might say that this Country is washed-up.  Putin is desperate, leading to the demise of Boris Nemtsov.  Mikhail Khodorkovsky also has no Bodyguards and he better beware, the Russian Solution is often the Final (See My Blog on Alexander Lebed, March 8, 2009, one of Ed's finest).
