good talk

Oh, last week I saw a day of the NBA Summer League.  The format is 4 games going in the Thomas-Mack at about the same time as 4 games going in Cox Pavilion, a short-walk away across the hall.  Acting judiciously, one can see roughly 8 halves of NBA Basketball, that is 16 teams of young players and prospects, I saw Karl-Anthony Towns, the 1st player selected in the recent draft, and D'Angelo Russell (a renowned passer, when I saw him, to the other team) the 2nd taken.  I asked my male readers to come-along. but they being no-nonsense types who think of fun as a waste-of-time, said, no, no.  It cost $28
